The leasing of this space constitutes a 12,000-sf expansion, as well as a relocation from Bethesda, MD. "In moving from Bethesda to Tysons Corner, Ariel was able to take advantage of the value that exists in the Tysons Corner market, along with proximity to a future labor pool," says CRESA Partners/Washington's Justin Vitarello. CRESA Partners advised Ariel in the transaction, while CB Richard Ellis represented building manager RREEF. Lacera, or the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association, owns the property.
