Signature Associates-ONCOR International of Southfield has negotiated a39,200 sf lease to Harman/Becker Automotive Systems, at 26500Haggerty in Farmington Hills, MI. Chris Secontine and Grant Bruce of Signature Associates representedHarman/Becker is their search for additional research space. Harman/Becker,a subsidiary of Harman International Industries, Inc., with annual worldwidesales of $1.8 billion, signed a 10-year lease with landlord, LibertyProperty Trust.
The Southfield office of Grubb & Ellis said it handled 23 leases in May,including three that were more than 15,000 sf.The company leased 16,000-sf of office space on 11 Mile Road in Southfieldto Wagon Engineering Inc., 20,000-sf of industrial space in Novi to HenrobCorp. and 41,000-sf of industrial space in Canton Township to FergusonEnterprises Inc.
