He has represented real estate owners and users in office, industrial and retail projects. He previously worked as senior vice president of Trammell Crow Co. There he oversaw a portfolio of more than 18 million-sf throughout Florida.
The new position reunites Petry with Jonathan Kingsley, executive vice president and managing director. The two worked together at Trammell Crow.
