"The Emerging Technology Center @ Johns Hopkins is just another example of Baltimore's commitment to expanding technology-based companies and the tremendous progress Baltimore is making," Mayor Martin O'Malley notes. "These incubators will become the hub of Baltimore's technology-based business sector." The Maryland Economic Development Corp. will serve as the official lessee of the incubator space, while the Baltimore Development Corp. will serve as the facility manager.
