Bassett previously was SVP/regional director in leasing and management at Jones Lang Lasalle. There, he oversaw more than 8.8-million sf of properties, comprised of 6.1-million sf in Colorado and 2.7-million sf in Utah.
Some of his clients include JP Morgan, MetLife, Lend Lease, PERA, UBS, Legacy Partners, Maier Siebel Baber, UC Denver and Excel Energy.
During the past six years, Bassett shepherded the completion of more than 625 transactions totaling more than 7-million sf with lease values in excess of $500 million. He has also been involved with acquisitions and dispositions totaling more than $800 million.
