Dallas-Fort Worth Professionals Advance

CBRE's Bob Ginsburg, an 18-year professional, will replace Michael Ainbinder of Ainbinder Co. in Houston on the ICSC board. In assuming the Texas director's role for the first time, Ginsburg is tasked with planning programs and content for exchanges and conferences in the state, promoting services to members and acting as a liaison between the council and Texas members.

Archon Financial promoted Kyle Knox to vice president and loan originator for the conduit lender's Western Region. He previously was deal manager and underwriter for the firm, closing more than $1 billion in transactions. With 20 years' experience in real estate finance and valuation, the Dallas-based executive has been with Archon for five years and prior to that spent seven years with New York Life's real estate investment division.

Opus West Construction Corp. promoted Craig Zupancic to project manager, with oversight for the I-20 Crossroads, a 395,000-sf industrial project in Grand Prairie, and 121 Lakepointe Crossing, a 645,000-sf development in Lewisville. He previously was an associate project manager in the Phoenix office for the Opus West Corp. subsidiary. Also in Dallas, LaQuisha Hosley, with Opus West Corp., recently was promoted to property manager.

McCarthy Building Cos. promoted Philip Suder, with nine years' experience, to lead estimator for the Texas division. The two-year McCarthy employee has directed estimating and pre-construction activities for several projects at Knapp Medical Center, Baylor University, Valley Baptist Medical Center, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Children's Medical Center and the Tulsa Heart Hospital.

In Austin, Yancey-Hausman hired an associate broker, Kim Balducci, for its retail division. She relocated from New Orleans, where she worked as a commercial agent for several years. The Houston-based firm's hire completed about $3 million in deals in 11 months.
