Jonathan Glick and Robert Bowman, vice presidents of Sheldon Gross Realty of West Orange, NJ are the exclusive leasing agents for the building, which is owned by a local group. SBWE of Hasbrouck Heights and Edison, NJ was the outside broker for the transaction.

Currently, an entire unit of 64,500 sf or divisions of 6,000 to 37,000 sf of space located within the 115,000-sf facility are available for either sublease or direct lease, according to Glick, who says "the industrial marketplace in Edison is one of the strongest in the state. The entire building, which is located near I-287 in Middlesex County, is also available for purchase.
