Tom McAllister of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Anaheim office says the company has been in the building at 7575 Irvine Center Drive for four years in a lease due to expire next year. The new lease renews the same amount of office space. McAllister represented MonierLifetile, with the building owner, the Irvine Co., representing itself. MonierLifetile is a tenant in a 60,000-sf, two-story structure in the Irvine Business Center portion of Irvine Spectrum, which was built in 1999.

MonierLifetile was formed in 1997 as a joint venture between Australian-owned companies Monier Inc. and Boral Lifetile Inc., both of which have been in the tile industry for more than 30 years. MonierLifetile, which is one of the country's largest manufacturers of concrete roofing tile, operates 13 manufacturing plants in the mainland US and Hawaii plus 15 national service offices.
