Paper Warehouse stores closing in Colorado include Golden Town Center, Golden; Buckley Marketplace, Aurora; Yosemite Crossing and Englewood Marketplace, Englewood; The Market at South Park, Littleton; Market Place Center, Parker; Alameda Village Center, Lakewood; and Buckingham Square, Aurora. After the closings, the company will continue to operate 62 corporate-owned stores. The Chapter 11 filing will not affect its 51 franchised locations or its Internet business.
Paper Warehouse reports total liabilities of $26.5 million and total assets of $20.8 million.
