Unique Home Designs LLC, which was leasing about 12,000 sf in Higley, grabbed a two-year sublease in an industrial and manufacturing building at 973 North Colorado St. in Gilbert in a deal with Philadelphia-based Kulicke Soffa Inc. The deal is valued at more than $450,000.
"They got a screaming deal and the image they were looking for," Mike Parker, with Colliers International's Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com. Along with the flex space, the residential security door maker also got the furniture and tenant improvements.
Kulicke Soffa, a manufacturer of test probes for the semiconductor industry, downsized its operation and brought the space to market, Parker said. He, Paul Sieczkowski and Rob Martensen, all with Colliers International's industrial brokerage team, represented both parties in the transaction.
