"This particular project is being managed to allow Presco to be fully operational while construction and configuration of interior manufacturing rooms is in progress," according to project manager David Green of J.G. Petrucci. The latter company had originally designed and developed Presco's currently existing facility here back in 1996.
Petrucci, which also has an office in Bethlehem, PA, currently owns and manages a portfolio of more than 2.5 million sf of office and industrial space. To date, the company has also completed more than five million sf of development and design/build projects for a client roster that includes FedEx, Allied Worldwide, Cryovac/Sealed Air and Midas Muffler.
