Although the purchase price was not disclosed, the asking price for Franklin Park-based Wisdom Adhesives' new building was $1.675 million. Likewise, the purchase price for Elarasys Properties LLC's new location also was not disclosed, but property records indicate it was acquired with a $1.615-million mortgage from American Chartered Bank, at a 6.75% interest rate.

"Nate Rexroth of CenterPoint approached the team about marketing the building for sale or lease, and we were able to have the property under contract within 75 days," Granger says.
