An Arlington investment group, 65 Mustang LP, bought the 27-year-old building on three acres at 1206 Antler Dr. from Factory Warehousing Inc., a defunct business that put the asset on the market about a year ago for $450,000, David R. Dunn, president of Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington, tells GlobeSt.com. Getting the keys as soon as the ink dried on the acquisition was Precision Restoration & Roofing, which relocated from Waxahachie.
The sale and lease represent "Dunn" deals all the way around. The company owner negotiated the acquisition for the investment group and was the listing broker for the one-time build-to-suit for Factory Warehousing. Dunn Commercial's Greg Morris structured the terms for the building owner while the firm's Don Davis represented the tenant.
