Two more outlets are in Wichita Falls, TX and one is in Tyler, TX. Four are in Georgia--Gainesville, Lawrenceville, Marietta and Snellville. One is in Kissimmee, FL and another in Oklahoma City, OK.

While paying $208 per sf for the assets, Inland Retail Real Estate Trust paid between $1.49 million for the 9,500-sf store in Tyler to $2.7 million for the 10,900-sf location in River Oaks. All of the locations were built between 1995 and 1997.

An ability to close quickly was a factor in the deal, says Inland Real Estate Acquisitions chairman Joe Cosenza, who handled negotiations for Inland Retail Real Estate Trust. Jay Bastian handled negotiations for Commercial Net Lease Realty Services.
