Tuttle, Sullivan & Co. signed a long-term lease for the new office in a relocation from 525 North Belt, also in the Greenspoint submarket. Kelly Hanks with Houston's Moody Rambin Interests represented Tuttle, Sullivan & Co. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, Houston-based PM Realty Group team, represented the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, in the lease negotiations.

In a press release, Hanks said Tuttle Sullivan chose Greenbriar Place for a better location and amenities. He added Greenbriar Place had a workable space plan that was virtually move-in ready, allowing the tenant to get a good value on the lease.

Greenbriar Place is a five-story, 147,402-sf office building that is 68% leased. The asking rate is $15 per sf. Koll Bren Schreiber has a portfolio of 3.5 million sf in the Houston area.
