A new interchange is to be built for I-94. By moving the exits andeastbound lane of I-94 to the north, it will create approximately 35 acresofdevelopable land that abuts I-94, said Insite officials.
In addition to the new interchange, the project will connect Beverly Road toTelegraph Road. This connection will provide easy access to any new officeor industrial park, Insite said.
The 92 acres, represented by Insite, would be to the south ofthis new interchange. The project is targeted for completion by the 2006Detroit hosted Super Bowl. Characterized as the new face of Taylor, when itis complete the interchange will be adorned by the community's newestlandmark - a spectacular sculpture bridge, says Insite officials.
