The property at 1000 E. 87th St. is part of a seven-building, 268,000-sf Soft Sheen Products campus that was sold in 2002 to International Storage Properties. The two parcels sold to Midway Broadcasting Corp. were bought less than six months earlier by U-Store-It for $900,000.
The acquisition was financed by Covest Banc, which provided a $760,000 mortgage at 6.43%, according to property records.
