Hendricks Sells Apartment High-Rise

GOLDEN, CO-The company has sold the 252-unit Mountain View Village on Urban Court here. This is only the second apartment community with more than 200 units to sell in the Denver area so far this year.

In the latest deal, FF Realty LLC of San Diego paid $16.3 million for Mountain View. The seller was Mountain View Associates of Denver.

The seller paid $753,500 for the property in 1983, according to public records reviewed by GlobeSt.com.

Mountain View is valued at $9.9 million for tax purposes, records show.
