Reza Etedali and Fouy Ly of the Irvine office of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller, with Jessie Kim of Ryken Investments in Los Angeles representing the buyer. The deal was a 1031 Exchange for both the buyer and the seller.

Silverado Plaza is at 25522 Jeronimo Rd. in what Etedali describes as a high-growth area with strong demographics. The shopping center is close to Orange County's 241 transportation corridor as well as the I-5 and 405 freeways. It is 90% leased to a roster of tenants that includes Franco Italian restaurant, a Montessori school, Chez Sam and several other retailers. The center, built in 1978, had been owned by the seller since 1996.
