Robin Maritime will move in by mid-July, C.A. Rousser, president of Houston-based C.A. Rousser Cos. tells GlobeSt.com. The firm, signing a medium-term lease, needs to be closer to the Houston Ship Channel, he says.
Robin Maritime is the first tenant for a 15,000-sf block of class A space that Stolt-Nielsen put on the market about six months ago after scaling down its Houston staff. The two-year-old, Scandinavian-style building, though positioned in a heavy industrial area, is nestled in a wooded setting more in keeping with an office campus environment. The 60,000-sf building features amenities such as an on-site cafeteria, health club and day care center. Rousser represented both parties in the deal.
