Vacancy in the 18.8-million-sf submarket is 12.8%, according to the real estate services company.
There has been one constant for Touchpoint Logistics, which signed a 42,000-sf deal at 1925 Holmes Rd. Grubb & Ellis SVPs Bruce Granger and Kenneth Franzese represented the company in that deal. Although Franzese has since moved on to Lee & Associates, the duo teamed up on the recent deal with Interstate Partners.
