The Seidler Co. is located in 2,315 sf of class A office space at the 14500 N. Northsight Blvd. The firm sublet the property several years ago, but signed on with building owner Northsight Financial Office Park Inc. for $23 per sf in a direct deal valued at $150,000. "It's one of the best locations in North Scottsdale," Jeff Wentworth with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com of the property, located about a mile from the Loop 101.
Wentworth said the property appeals to smaller businesses like Seidler because it offers spec suites suited for their size. "All the smaller tenants just love it in that building," he said. "They get the consideration of a larger tenant on that build out."
Wentworth negotiated the lease on Seidler's behalf. The building owner was represented by former Insignia/ESG broker Trevor Klinkhammer, now with Trammell Crow Co.
