Trammell Crow Beefs Up Industrial Team

Crow's Denver industrial team already includes Paul Kluck and Dave Buck.Both have been working in the real estate industry for more than 18 years each and have represented very prominent clients during their careers. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, they both spent four years at Grubb & Ellis, preceded by 14 years at CB Richard Ellis.

Viseur and Platt have also assisted with more than 1.5 million sf of development planning for various developers, including Koll Development, Lincoln Properties and Birtcher Development. The pair has also sold more than 2,000 acres of industrial ground, including 150 acres to King Soopers for the company's corporate consolidation at Stapleton.

Witty has completed six user sales during the past nine months, including 42,000 sf of space for $2 million. He has also recently completed an industrial investment sale worth $1.4 million.
