"This apartment building is a welcome addition to the Courthouse-Rosslyn area," says Arlington County Board chairman Paul Ferguson. "It offers several features that will add to its attractiveness to renters, including an outdoor café area and several live-work units where people can live above their businesses." The structure will be four or five stories tall, and will include five apartments to be designated as affordable housing units, and 10 combination live/work units set aside for renters. Development will wrap up in the spring of 2005.
