The development is located at the intersection of U.S. 31 (North BeaconBlvd.) and Jackson Street. Grand Haven is part of the metro area thatincludes the Western Michigan cities of Grand Rapids, Muskegon and Holland,Michigan.
The company has a portfolio of 61 shopping centers totaling approximately11.9 million sf of gross leasable area, consisting of 60 communitycenters, of which nine are power centers and two are single tenantproperties, as well as one enclosed regional mall. The company's centers arelocated in 12 states.
