Barrett has been an industrial broker in Denver since 1985. In the past, he has worked for Lincoln Property, Compass, and Catellus. Most recently, he worked for Trammell Crow. At Trammell Crow, his responsibilities included marketing, leasing, development, and asset management ofboth speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects including the Denver Business Center and the Stapleton Business Center.
