Tom Pierik and Dave Mudge, both in the Riverside office of Lee & Associates, say State Farm joins a roster that includes United Parcel Service and North American Medical Management. Pierik and Mudge represented the building owner, Larkspur-based Fowler Flanagan Partners, which is spending $15 million to renovate the 400,000-sf building at 10861 Sixth St.
Fowler Flanagan is converting what formerly was a General Dynamics facility into a multi-tenant office property. The facility is being managed by the commercial division of Trinity Property Consultants, the management arm of Fowler Flanagan.
State Farm was represented by Cushman & Wakefield brokers Dennis Richardson in the West Los Angeles office and Mark McAdams in the Irvine office.
