The lifestyle, grocery-anchored center is being built on the northeast and northwest corners of Arapahoe Road and Potomac Street in the city along the southeast corridor.
The shopping center is part of a 138-acre, mixed-use project that will include 600 new housing units.
The Village at Centennial includes 1,700 feet of frontage on Arapahoe Road, where 52,000 vehicles pass it daily.
Mary Beth Jenkins and Matthew DeBartolomeis of the Laramie Co. will handle the leasing. MCG Architecture of Denver is the architect.
