Epport & Richman leased 10,010 sf and Huron Law Group took 9,532 sf, both in the 1875 Century Park East building. Charlston, Revich & Chamberlin signed for 12,099 sf at 1925 Century Park East.

Epport & Richman, which specializes in representing financial institutions, signed a 10-year lease at its space, which will serve as its headquarters. The firm was represented by LA brokers Carol Roth of Commercial Realty Partners and Robert Chavez of the Staubach Co. The Santa Monica-based Watt was represented internally by Kathy McKay in the three deals.

Huron Law Group, which has a significant business litigation practice along with expertise in bankruptcy, intellectual property and real estate, signed for seven years in a direct deal between the tenant and Watt.

Charlston, Revich & Chamberlin, a specialist in environmental practice along with estate planning and employment issues, signed a five-year lease. Bryan Lewitt of CRESA Partners in Los Angeles represented the firm.

The signings follow a recently completed renovation of Watt Plaza that included a major lobby and common area remodeling. Construction is still under way on a new entrance connecting the twin towers to the adjacent parking structure. Culver City-based Wolcott Architecture and Interiors created the design for the renovations. Watt Plaza's two 23-story towers consist of close to 900,000 sf of class A office space including a 36,000-sf retail plaza.
