The seller was UM Holdings, which remains as a tenant in the facility. The deal was arranged by Joe Sklencar, Sr., a senior vice president, and David P. Dolan, a first vice president at CB Richard Ellis' Philadelphia-area office. The duo served as sole agents to move the property on behalf of UM Holdings.
Besides UM Holdings, lead tenants in the building include the law firm of Archer Greiner. The acquisition, which was made as an investment for the buyer, will not affect the terms of conditions of lease agreements currently held by tenants.
