Fitzgerald tells GlobeSt.com that Goulston & Storrs, which recently renewed its lease for the nearly 100,000-sf 400 Atlantic Ave. building next door, took the space for expansion purposes.
Rowes Wharf is a mixed-used complex comprised of 345,000 sf of office space, the 230-room four-star Boston Harbor Hotel, 100 luxury condominiums, 550 underground parking spaces and marine facilities. The building is nearly fully occupied with about 45,000 sf available. Among its tenants are Tudor Investment Corp., Peabody & Arnold, Grantham, Mayo & Van Otterloo, Rubin & Rudman and Chase Securities.
