Ten families are currently living in the neighborhood, known as Admiralty Row, with at least six more families expected to arrive in the next couple of weeks. The neighborhood consists of 80 single-family, two-story detachedhomes that range in size from 2,297-sf to 2,823-sf. Three floorplans are being offered, which vary between three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four baths. Prices here begin in the low $700,000s.

Admiralty Row is one of three neighborhoods that will comprise Liberty Station's Residential District at build-out. The other two sections – Beacon Point and Anchor Cove - will include 129 and 140 attached homes, respectively.

The Residential District is just one component of the 361-acre Liberty Station community, which is slated to include a seven-building office complex; two hotels; a nine-hole golf course; shopping villages and restaurants; a 22-acre educational campus; a 28-acre civic, arts and cultural district; and 125 acres of parks and open space. The project, which is being jointly developed by the San Diego Redevelopment Agency and The Corky McMillin Cos., is rising on the former San Diego Naval Training Center, which opened in 1923 and operated for 74 years.
