HSA Commercial Real Estate EVP David Wilson represented Vela Insurance Services, which doubled the size of its space at Madison Plaza. Victoria Noonan and Pam Parasugo of Tishman Speyer Properties represented Madison Plaza Ventures, owner of the 1.08-million-sf building at Wells and Madison streets.

Meanwhile, Livaditis, Buckingham and Beatrice represented AARP in its renewal of a 4,423-sf lease at 8750 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. Bill Rolander of the John Buck Co. represented Triangle Plaza Venture, which acquired the 616,000-sf property for $98 million in 1998.
