JBGR handles leasing activity for the property and tells GlobeSt.com that the construction endeavor will cost $4 million to complete. "Time-strapped consumers seek out retail centers that enable them to fulfill all their shopping needs at once--grocery store, post office, barber shop, pharmacy, etc.," he continues. "With the entrance of Food Lion to the center, customers will come to rely on Babies 'R' Us Plaza for the convenience of all these services in one place."
