Borders Relocates to Bigger Store Down the Street

VIENNA, VA-Borders Books & Music heads down the street to bigger digs in its relocation from 8311 Leesburg Pike, to the 220,000-sf mixed-use property at 8027 Leesburg Pike. The retail book chain's new space is 30,000 sf; 10,000 sf larger than its former home.

"We needed to move because we outgrew our existing location and we wanted our customers throughout the Tyson's Corner area and surrounding towns to have access to the vast music and movie selection that Borders shoppers expect," says Borders Vienna store general manager April Lilley.
