The lease is one of the top 10 office leases signed in the Denver area this year. Sponseller tells GlobeSt.com that the Studley team considered a number of options for Trizetto. "But as we continued to refine their real estate needs, we found what made the most sense was to stay where they were," he tells GlobeSt.com. "And St. Paul (the building's owner) was very willing to work with us."
The Trizetto lease is extremely good news for the metro area, Dave Banzhaff of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. tells GlobeSt.com. "It's an important deal," says Banzhaff, who represented the St. Paul. "It's an example of a high-tech staying here and growing here, when a lot of other companies are doing just the opposite," Banzhaff tells GlobeSt.com. "And it's positive absorption for the market."
Trizetto provides remotely hosted software applications for the healthcare industry. It provides third-party packaged and proprietary software and develops and supports software products for the healthcare industry.
