George Eales of the Ventura County office of Daum says the FNC principals acquired the property at 6000 Leland St. through its sister entity, Leland Investments. FNC, a medical products manufacturer, has moved into its new facility, which will be used primarily for assembly.
Eales represented the sellers, local private investors. Doug Shaw, Paul Farry, Jim Meaney and Indira Rodriguez, all in the Ventura office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the buyers.
FNC is an FDA-licensed manufacturer of antibacterial skin lotions and soaps, including products used by doctors, nurses and other health care professionals as well as retail products sold to consumers. The building acquired by FNC's principals is a concrete tilt-up structure with dock-high and ground-level loading plus 1,500 sf of office improvements.
