The property is located at the corner of Holmes and Martin Luther Kingroads, and is owned by a private investor.Broder & Sachse will provide management and other services during thecenter's redevelopment, which will include renovation of the façade andcommon area with the next year. The company did not disclose a dollar amountfor the redevelopment.
The company, operating now for 10 years, currently manages more than 52properties consisting of approximately 4.5 million sf.
