Vexcel currently occupies approximately 14,500 sf at 4909 Nautilus Court North in Boulder. The new property has more than 120 parking spaces.

"Due to our ongoing success and continued growth, Vexcel's existing facilities are no longer sufficient to support even our current operations," says John Curlander, the company's president and CEO.

The building is currently undergoing extensive remodeling, with all finishes and technology infrastructure updated, in preparation for the October 1 move-in date. Among the improvements, Vexcel will add a new two-story glass and stucco entryway vestibule to the building.

Norm DeHart and Will Gary of MacLaurin Stewart Corporate Realty Advocates represented Vexcel in its office purchase. Chris Boston and Lynda Gibbons with Gibbons-White represented the seller. Founded in 1985, Vexcel specializes in close-range photogrammetry, remote sensing ground stations, and radar technologies.
