Goodwill Industries will move from a West Side location to the 95,380-sf building renovated in 1986 and owned by East-West University. Grubb & Ellis SVP Dennis Copeland represented Goodwill Industries along with along with partners Jerry Bloomstrand and J. Mark Stables while Rubloff brokers Matt Gould and Jonathan Zimmerman represented the university.

Meanwhile, The Talon Group has leased 6,727 sf at 200 N. LaSalle St. in a long-term deal. A Julien J. Studley team of David J. Gelfand, John D. Ziesmer and Stephan Richford represented the division of First American Title Insurance Co. in negotiations with Tamara Kos of Transwestern Commercial Services.
