For the Morristown, NJ-based Hampshire Cos., the assets covered include small downtown properties in Bernardsville, Mendham and Far Hills, NJ tenanted by a mix of multifamily, retail and professional office users. The portfolio's assets include 15 W. Main St. in Mendham, NJ, a three-building complex acquired last year.
Also acquired last year was the Far Hills Mall, a community shopping center that has the US Postal Service as its lead tenant. Additional properties in the Main Street Portfolio are located in Bernardsville, NJ.
