Of those, three tenants are on the prowl for a total of 500,000 sf--more than a third of all of the current activity from users. One tenant is looking for 50,000 sf and 10 tenants are searching for 25,000-sf to 49,999 sf, the team notes.
There are 20 tenants on the hunt from 10,000 sf to 24,999 sf for a total of 316,875 sf and 22 are looking for 5,000 sf to 9,999 sf for a total of 151,264 sf.
Landlords who can accommodate tenants that need less than 5,000 sf are in luck. There are 35 such tenants in the market today, according to the team. In total, the small tenants would take 109,809 sf.
