US Ink Corp. stamped another 50,000-sf deal for its home of more than two decades, Dan Lawson, Proterra's leasing director, tells GlobeSt.com. The Carlstadt, NJ-based manufacturer, one of seven Sun Chemical Co. divisions, "got a market deal," according to Lawson. Market rate in that section of town ranges from $2.25 per sf to $2.50 per sf.

The seven-year lease for 12002 Corporate Dr. kicks in this month, picking up where the old one left off, Lawson says of a building in the Perimeter Industrial Park, a mix of industrial buildings with multiple owners. Sitting across the bargaining table from Proterra's Lawson was tenant rep, Larry Leon of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Dallas office.
