The property, which is located in Woodhaven Industrial Park, is 100% leasedto a single tenant: Spirit Delivery & Distribution Services, Inc.
Frank Roddy, president of locally based Roddy, Inc., represented Di'Egidioin the transaction. Bill White, CEO of Endurance, said, "this was a transactionthat suited our investment criteria," and he said his firm partnered withprivate investors.
Endurance focuses on high-income and value-added office and industrialproperties in the Philadelphia MSA. This transaction is the company's secondand the fifth building in its 325,000-sf portfolio, amassed since the company wasfounded in July 2002. The company's initial transaction was a four-buildingportfolio in Penn Warner Industrial Park in Fairless Hills, PA.
Roddy markets, manages and develops commercial real estate in eastern PA andsouthern NJ.
