Built in 1999 at 840 Gessner Rd., the 14-story Three Memorial City Plaza is owned and managed by Houston-based MetroNational. Linda J. Silver, senior property manager with MetroNational manages the 96% occupied building and Danny Rodriguez is the property's chief engineer. Morris Architects of Houston designed the building.
The other Houston international winners included Continental Resources Building (1985-86); MW Kellogg Tower (1991-92); St. Luke's Medical Tower (1993-94); Three Riverway (1996-97); Enron headquarters (1996-97); GeoQuest Center (1998-99); Intercontinental Center (1999-00); and Louisiana Place (1999-00).
