Temple Circus is Terrace Hill's third development in Bristol which follows South Bristol Trade Park and Colston 33 and is being carried out in association with Bristol City Council. The development is located opposite Temple Quay which is home to Bristol & West; DETR; BT; Regus; Osborne Clarke; Canada Life; Ofsted and 3i.
Terrace Hill director Adam Pratt said: "Discussions are already taking place with a number of possible tenants which confirms the shortage of grade A offices in the city centre."
