Teresia Knight of NAI Capital Commercial's Ontario office, who represented the seller, tells GlobeSt.com that the buyers paid $1.9 million for the property, which she describes as a highly improved, class A building. Knight says the buyers will be will be relocating from approximately 10,000 sf in Rancho Cucamonga and will use the new facility for food processing. The buyers, who produce salsa and a number of other foods, expect to begin moving into the new space this summer and complete the move by September.

The Business Drive building was completed in 1990 and is a single-story, concrete tilt-up structure including 6,425 sf of office space. The seller had owned it since it was built. Ron Blakeslee of the Newport Beach office of Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the buyers.
