Luke Staubitz of the Los Angeles office of Klabin says the mailing firm has signed a long-term lease for 42,826 sf of space in a new industrial facility in Carson Town Center, where the mailing firm expects to relocate in October. The new space will be at 21046 Figueroa St., where the firm will employ approximately 100 workers in a relocation from Hawthorne.

Staubitz and Harvey Beesen, also with Klabin's Los Angeles office, represented Deutsche Post Global Mail, Ltd. in cooperation with Richard Graubard of The Ezra Co. in Bethesda, Md. Colliers Seeley International represented the landlord, a joint venture of AMB Property Corp. and Mar Ventures of Los Angeles, owners and developers of Carson Town Center.

Deutsches new Carson facility is a concrete tilt-up structure that will feature 4500 sq. ft. of new offices, seven truck-high doors plus a ramp, 30-foot minimum interior clearance, and on-site parking for 75 cars.
