CHICAGO-Ivan Noel Salon gets a $2.57-million mortgage from Harris Bank of Arlington Heights at 5.75% to buy the four-story, 18,314-sf building at 12 W. Maple St. on the Near North Side.
The limited liability corporation that sold the building had acquired the property, which includes a fully accessible entrance and elevator as well as valet parking, in 1996 for $1.075 million.
HSA Commercial Real Estate EVP Tim Stanton and SVP Jack Newsom represented the sellers.
