Finalists in the "redevelopment" category include Ford Field, Detroit -submitted by Bodman, Longley & Dahling and Thea Bowman Community HealthCenter, Detroit - submitted by Providence Hospital.
A panel of eight judges from various disciplines in the commercial realestate industry will select a winner in each category on July 30. The awardwill be presented at a Sept. 25 luncheon at Oakland Hills Country Club inBirmingham, where all finalists' entries will also be on display.
